About the role
We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager (Integrations & Data Migration) TAP Innovations LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead HCM integrations and data migration projects from kickoff to go-live. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end integration & data migration projects Gather business requirements and create BRDs, functional specs, and data mapping documents Collaborate with clients and engineering teams Manage project scope, timelines, risks, UAT, and successful deployments Drive API integration discussions and ensure seamless project delivery What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management & Business Analysis experience Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, BambooHR, Paycor, or similar HCM platforms Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Location: Remote (USA) Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST Employment: Full-Time - Apply: We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager (Integrations & Data Migration) TAP Innovations LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead HCM integrations and data migration projects from kickoff to go-live.
