About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details. 2. Develop 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. 3. Create presentation sheets, renderings, and visualizations. 4. Support site visits, site measurements, and documentation. 5. Assist in preparing concept designs, layout plans, and design presentations. 6. Coordinate with senior architects on ongoing residential, commercial, and interior projects. 7. Research building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design solutions. 8. Help prepare BOQs, project documentation, and client presentations. 9. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards. 10. Perform other architectural and design-related tasks as assigned.
