Data Science Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager Data Science specializing in Pharma Analytics and Real World Evidence (RWE), you will be responsible for collaborating with the Engagement Manager, Account Delivery Manager, and client stakeholders to gather business requirements for projects. You will develop comprehensive project plans, assign delivery team members to activities based on their skills, lead project execution, monitor milestones, ensure delivery quality, and comply with established processes for quality assurance. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the team, coach individuals, review deliverables before sharing them with clients, and foster a high-performance workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop project plans - Develop appropriate solution designs to help clients achieve their goals - Assign delivery team members to activities based on their skills - Lead project execution, monitor milestones, and adhere to timelines and scope - Ensure delivery quality and compliance with quality assurance processes - Provide business and technical guidance to the team - Coach individuals, build a high-performance workplace, and encourage experimentation with new delivery ideas - Review team deliverables before sharing with clients Qualifications Required: - Core Data Science skills in Python, SQL, Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, and Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI) - Experience in Pharma/Healthcare domain with knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE), Patient-level healthcare data, IQVIA Claims, Optum, Komodo, Patient Journey Analytics, Adherence Analysis, and more - Leadership skills in Team Management, Project Delivery, Client Management, Stakeholder Management, and Mentoring Data Scientists - Good-to-Have Skills in NLP, Deep Learning, Time Series Forecasting, Reinforcement Learning, Explainable AI (XAI), Graph ML, and Cloud Deployment Please note that this job description is tailored for the position of Manager Data Science in Pharma Analytics and RWE.
