Position: Contract Work Location: Customer Plant Office, Vemagal, Kolar District (Near Bengaluru) Experience: 6-8 years Required Skills: End User Computing (EUC) / IT Support (L2), Microsoft Intune (Autopilot) & SCCM, Active Directory & Azure AD, Microsoft Teams & Collaboration Technologies, Endpoint Security & EDR (CrowdStrike preferred) Key Responsibilities Provide white-glove IT support to senior leadership and business-critical users.Deliver advanced troubleshooting for Windows OS, applications, VPN, Microsoft Teams, identity, and network-related issues.Manage and deploy endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot) and SCCM.Ensure endpoint security, compliance, patching, encryption, and EDR management.Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco meeting rooms, hybrid collaboration, and executive meetings.Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity-related issues.Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.Handle L2 escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive service improvements.
