Draftsman

Role Overview: At Theos, as a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating thoughtfully crafted interiors that combine uncompromising quality, fast delivery, and honest pricing. You will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, documenting existing conditions, creating detailed sketches and CAD drawings, and collaborating with the design and project management teams to ensure project objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site visits to measure architectural features, including walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, and utilities. - Document existing conditions such as furniture placement, fixtures, and structural elements. - Identify design constraints or structural challenges that may impact the project. - Create detailed sketches, measurement sheets, and CAD drawings for use in design planning. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of measurements and site updates for consistent reference. - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during site assessments. - Utilize tools such as laser measures, tape measures, and digital levels for accurate data collection. - Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align site measurements with project objectives. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - 0-1 years of proven work experience.
