Automation Test Lead

In this role, you will drive automation testing initiatives, lead a team of engineers, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 8-10 years of testing experience with strong automation background. Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred) Major Job Responsibilities: Define automation roadmap and strategy . Lead design and scalability of automation frameworks . Oversee CI/CD integration and quality gates. Mentor and guide automation engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced proficiency in system testing methodologies and test documentation creation. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes. Advanced knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification procedures. Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools. Programming skills (Python/Java/JavaScript). Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in deadline-driven environments. Ability to learn and apply new technologies and software platforms. Must Have Skills: Automation leadership experience Strong programming and framework design CI/CD and DevOps practices API and microservices testing Good to Have Skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) AI/ML testing exposure Performance and security testing Working Hours: India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
