Description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Owner to drive data, AI, and automation initiatives across enterprise functions. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, delivering scalable data-driven solutions, and enabling digital transformation through advanced analytics and automation. Experience Required 15+ years of overall professional experience8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership roleGood experience in leading Product Management / Product Owner teamsKey Responsibilities Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, AI, and automation initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital opportunitiesLead Agile product development (Scrum/SAFe), including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritizationTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaDrive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where applicableEnsure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and automation solutionsDefine KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impactAct as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data/analytics teamsDomain Expertise Candidates must have expertise in at least two of the following domains: Finance and CommercialSupply ChainQualityManufacturing / OperationsRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and scalable computing architecturesExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure)Experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processesExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAPHands-on experience with:SQLData visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Strong understanding of data processing and pipeline designSolid knowledge of Agile methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications Exposure to IoT and digital twin technologiesExposure in Python and/or RExperience contributing to or supporting AI/ML initiativesKnowledge of GxP processes and regulated environmentsRelevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PM/PO, CSPO, SAFe) are a plusDomain certifications in supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or financeKey Competencies Strategic thinking and product visionLeadership and team managementData-driven decision makingAbility to operate in complex enterprise environmentsStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsEducation Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldWhy Join Us Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale digital and data transformation initiativesWork at the intersection of data, AI, and automationCollaborative and innovation-driven work environmentStrong career growth and leadership opportunities .
