Description We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to lead digital, data, and automation initiatives within the Quality domain. This role will focus on enabling data-driven quality processes, improving compliance and operational excellence, and delivering business value through AI and automation solutions. Experience Required 10+ years of overall professional experience5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar roleStrong expertise in Quality domainProven experience in driving projects independentlyKey Responsibilities Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data, AI, and automation initiativesExperience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processesCollaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases (deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, batch release, quality analytics)Lead Agile product development using Scrum, including backlog creation, grooming, and prioritizationDrive sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teamsTranslate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaEnsure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and analytics solutionsDrive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where relevantDefine KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impactAct as a bridge between business, data, and technology teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GxP processes and compliance requirementsProven experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and working in regulated environmentsExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAPStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologiesProven expertise in backlog management and working with Scrum teamsBasic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scalable computingGood understanding of data platforms, data processing, and pipelinesHands-on experience with:SQLData visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management, communication skills and relationship building skillsPreferred Qualifications Exposure to IoT and digital twin technologiesBasic programming knowledge in Python or RExperience contributing to AI/ML initiatives (quality prediction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis)Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PM/PO, CSPO, SAFe) are a plusDomain certifications in Quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ)Key Competencies Strategic thinking and product mindsetStrong business acumen in Quality processesData-driven decision makingAbility to work independently and manage complex initiativesStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsEducation Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fieldWhy Join Us Opportunity to drive data and AI transformation in Quality domainWork on impactful, enterprise-scale initiativesCollaborative and innovation-driven environmentStrong career growth opportunities .
