DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an Engineer II Change Management & Analytics to support global best-practice deployment, lessons learned management, supplier performance reporting, and knowledge infrastructure for the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub. This role will convert manufacturing, supplier, and technology transfer information into accessible knowledge assets, dashboards, and performance insights that help the External Manufacturing organization improve decision-making, standardization, and continuous improvement across Contract Manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities Maintain the Global Best Practices repository including content structure, taxonomy, tagging, searchability, and periodic refresh processesDevelop and manage lessons learned databases from technology transfers, supplier interventions, manufacturing readiness reviews, and continuous improvement projectsSupport supplier performance dashboards, industrialization readiness reports, documentation governance metrics, and management review materialsCollect, validate, organize, and analyze manufacturing, supplier, quality, documentation, and project execution data from multiple sourcesCreate visual reports and dashboards to support KPI tracking, decision-making, escalation management, and governance routinesPartner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Regional Directors to define meaningful metrics and reporting standardsIdentify trends, recurring issues, documentation gaps, and improvement opportunities across the external manufacturing networkSupport Idea Portal data management including idea intake, categorization, prioritization support, status tracking, and value capture reportingImprove knowledge accessibility through structured content design, metadata, dashboards, and user-friendly navigationSupport periodic business reviews by preparing insights, summaries, and action trackers for leadership discussionsPartner with documentation governance and digital platform owners to improve data quality, repository usability, and adoptionMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related disciplineExperience supporting analytics, reporting, knowledge management, operations performance, manufacturing data, or supplier performance metricsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI, Excel advanced analytics, SharePoint, Power Platform, data visualization, dashboard development, or reporting automationKnowledge of manufacturing operations, supplier performance, industrialization, quality metrics, technology transfer, or operational excellenceExperience designing knowledge repositories, taxonomy, metadata structures, lessons learned databases, or best-practice librariesAbility to convert complex operational data into clear insights, visuals, and executive-ready summariesUnderstanding of KPI governance, data quality, metric definitions, and performance management routinesExperience supporting cross-functional business reviews, project tracking, continuous improvement initiatives, or value capture reportingStrong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with a practical business orientationStrong attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and ability to manage multiple reporting prioritiesKey Competencies Data-driven decision support and insight generationKnowledge management discipline and content usability mindsetAnalytical problem-solving with strong business orientationClear communication and executive-ready reportingCollaboration across technical and business stakeholdersContinuous improvement mindset and curiosityOwnership of data quality, transparency, and actionable outcomes Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, youll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale.
