You'll oversee critical IT functions including infrastructure, applications, security, and support services. Lead the implementation of new technologies and processes while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in IT with 3+ years in people management/leadership roles . Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field . Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile, etc.) highly valued . Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and enterprise applications . Demonstrated success managing IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives . Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.) and ensuring compliance . Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, IT security best practices, and risk management . Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships across functions . Strong budget management and resource planning capabilities . Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams . Outstanding communication and presentation skills . Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern IT architectures . Change management expertise and ability to drive organizational transformation . Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps) . Travel may be required up to 25%
