Position Summary The EHS Manager will lead Environment, Health & Safety programs across multiple facilities, including chemical operations, laboratories, instrument operations, offices, distribution centers, and transportation activities. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a proactive safety culture, and implementing strategic EHS initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy EHS strategy across multiple facilities. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, statutory licenses, and environmental permits. Manage cradle-to-grave chemical lifecycle, hazardous waste, and dangerous goods transportation compliance. Conduct EHS audits, DuPont safety assessments, risk assessments, and implement corrective action plans. Lead electrical safety, office safety, laboratory, warehouse, and facility safety assessments . Drive Felt Leadership and behavioral safety initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and safety ownership. Promote a strong driving safety culture , including driver safety programs and transportation risk management. Communicate mitigation plans not restricted to - electrical safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, hazard communication, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety requirements. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor EHS KPIs and support OSHA and local EHS regulatory requirements , ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. 8–12 years of EHS experience in chemical, life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics environments. Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations, chemical management, transportation safety, and multi-site operations. NEBOSH, CSP, or ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
