Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning. - Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Configure and support new plants, sites, and multi-facility business processes in JD Edwards. - Design and configure manufacturing and procurement flows, including shop floor, inventory, purchasing, planning, and related supply chain processes. - Configure and support MRP, supply planning, demand planning, and capacity requirements planning across multiple facilities. - Partner with global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards solutions. - Prepare detailed functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, and custom developments. - Support business process improvements across global supply chain operations. - Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery. - Provide strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience working with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. - Minimum 2 successful end-to-end JD Edwards implementation experiences. - Strong functional experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning modules/processes. - Hands-on experience in JD Edwards configuration for manufacturing plants, procurement processes, planning, and multi-facility setups. - Strong understanding of MRP, capacity requirements planning, supply planning, and demand planning. - Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management concepts. - Exposure to managing or supporting global supply chain processes. - Experience working with business partners to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions. - Strong experience in writing functional specifications, process documents, and configuration documents. - Experience with data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). - Ability to build consensus across organizational boundaries. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and meetings. - Ability to manage shifting priorities in a results-oriented environment. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). - Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
