DESCRIPTION: Join our innovative team as a Senior Developer and make a meaningful impact on global science and healthcare. In this role, youll design and develop sophisticated software solutions that contribute to improving health and environmental outcomes. Youll work with cutting-edge technologies across cloud platforms, data integration, AI/ML, and enterprise systems to deliver robust applications that power our essential operations. Working in an agile environment, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement and optimize solutions across various platforms including AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, and enterprise systems. Youll have the opportunity to drive technical innovation while supporting the growth of other developers and establishing best practices for software development excellence. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment and continuous improvement. Whether developing cloud applications, creating data pipelines, or building AI-powered features, youll help shape the future of scientific technology while growing your career in serving science. REQUIREMENTS: Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience in software development and architecture Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical field Relevant technical certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure, ServiceNow) Strong expertise in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native development Experience with databases and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL) Proficiency in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, microservices) Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control Expertise in agile development methodologies Experience with enterprise systems integration Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience guiding and supporting other developers Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks preferred Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%) Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
