Minimum Qualifications . Bachelors degree with 8+ years of experience or Masters degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering,Electronics Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Mechatronics,or a related technical discipline. Experience with NPI,design transfer,process validation,production ramp-up,and supplier readiness assessments.
