About the role
As a Systems Analyst III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing the enterprise AI & Automation systems and applications that drive organizational success. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be key in resolving complex issues, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support, incident management, enhancements, and performance tuning for AI-driven automations and agent-based solutions. - Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure the reliable and secure operation of intelligent automation solutions in compliance with enterprise standards. - Act as a first and second-level support partner for AI and automation platforms in an agile environment, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, coordinating releases, and enhancing operational maturity across automation solutions. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution design. - Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. - Hands-on experience supporting AI, RPA, or intelligent automation solutions in production environments. - Working knowledge of UiPath (Orchestrator, queues, assets, logs, REFramework concepts). - Basic to intermediate experience with Python-based AI or automation solutions (troubleshooting, configuration, light scripting-not heavy development). - Familiarity with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) concepts and approval workflows. - Experience troubleshooting API integrations, data issues, authentication failures, and environment-specific problems. - Strong experience of incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational support models. - Experience with Git and Azure DevOps for tracking changes, deployments, and release coordination. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, business users, and platform teams. - Ability to work in regulated, governed enterprise environments.
