As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you’ll take strategic, end-to-end ownership of a high-visibility digital product area spanning customer support or voice & communications, depending on placement. We have multiple openings.
This is a Think Company staffing opportunity with one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic owner of a high-visibility digital product area, maintaining a living roadmap that evolves with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities
- Make prioritization and sequencing decisions that balance customer and business impact, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility
- Lead delivery by defining product requirements and guiding solution design, backlog refinement, UX reviews, sprint planning, and development demos as the primary product representative
- Partner cross-functionally across product, UX, content, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, and technology teams, coordinating a broad and complex stakeholder group
- Maintain ongoing alignment with leadership and operations stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution stay connected
- Define and track KPIs, using customer research and analytics to identify opportunities and continuously improve the digital experience
- Communicate roadmap progress, release timelines, performance, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership
What You Bring
- Extensive digital product management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing digital products and leadership of cross-functional initiatives in agile environments
- Strong track record owning product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs from strategy through execution
- Track record of translating vision and near-term strategy into a specific, prioritized backlog of work
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority
- Cross-functional leadership experience partnering with product, UX, content, engineering, analytics, marketing, and technology teams
- High degree of data fluency — comfortable using KPIs and analytics to drive backlog decisions and communicate progress
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Focus Areas
Depending on placement, this role may focus on one of the following areas. We'll work with you to find the best fit.
- Help & Support: Take strategic ownership of the Help & Support digital journey, aligning closely with support leadership and operations stakeholders and using KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and deflection rate to guide the roadmap.
- Voice & Mobile: Own the roadmap for a complex voice and communications portfolio, with the opportunity to coach and mentor a junior product manager on the team.
