QA Automation Tester

Role - QA Automation Tester Exp - 3-7 Years Location - Hyderabad ( 5 Days WFO - 2PM - 11 PM ) NP - Immediate Joiner ONLY Interview Process - Apply only if you are available for technical round by 24 July between 2:30 PM-6 PM Must-Have Technical Skills: Automation Frameworks: Strong exp. in Robot Framework, along with proficiency in Playwright or Selenium. API Testing & Automation: Hands-on experience using Rest Assured, Postman, or SoapUI. Programming & Scripting: Strong coding skills in Python (Pytest/Pycharm), Java, or JavaScript. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating tests into pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Source Control: Proficient with Git, including branch, merge, and pull-request workflows. Methodologies: Strong understanding of Test Data Management and environment coordination within Agile and DevOps environments. Key Responsibilities Automation & QA Leadership : Influence and drive automation adoption across feature and platform teams; establish automation standards, framework conventions, and coding practices; mentor QA engineers and developers on test design approaches. Test Strategy & Planning: Develop risk-based test strategies and comprehensive test plansfor complex, integrated systems. Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing efforts. Automation Execution: Build, maintain, and review automation implementations across unit, API, UI, and integration layers to ensure stability and scalability. Defect Management: Own the defect lifecycle, including triage coordination, root cause analysis, and enforcing quality gates for feature readiness and release sign-off. Metrics & Governance: Track QA and automation metrics (coverage, stability, execution trends) and provide concise quality status and risk reporting to technology leadership. Maintain audit-ready QA artifacts and traceability documentation.
