As a ServiceNow Architect with 14+ years of experience and expertise in ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, and more, you will play a crucial role in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and designing multi-domain solutions for global organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and governing the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap. - Leading solution design workshops and translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Architecting and implementing ITSM and CSM solutions following ServiceNow best practices. - Designing multi-tenant ServiceNow environments using Domain Separation. - Establishing platform governance, security, performance, and upgrade strategies. - Mentoring developers, administrators, and business analysts. - Collaborating with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. Your ITSM Expertise should cover hands-on experience in implementing and architecting Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and more. Additionally, you should have CSM Expertise in designing and implementing Customer Service Management, Case Management, Customer Portal, and more. Your knowledge in Case & Incident Management, Domain Separation, CMDB & Discovery, Data Migration & Integrations, and Platform & Development Expertise will be crucial for this role.
