User Experience Designer and Researcher (Chennai)

Experience - 4+ Years Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days Work Location- Chennai - Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in HCI, product design or related field, with an emphasis on human-centred design, user experience, interaction design - Required Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX) Design and Research. - Experience in designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. - Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space, facilitate brainstorming sessions and convey design ideas. - Ability to grasp the essence of complex problems and translate them to practical design solutions. Ideate products from scratch and improve features. - Proficiency in fundamental visual & interaction design principles. - Solid understanding and expertise in Figma and/or other prototyping tools. - Responsibilities: - Understand business problems: gain a deep understanding of the business problems to create contextually relevant design solutions. - Participate in research activities and collaborate with researchers to translate UX research into user experiences: transform UX research insights into exceptional user experiences, guiding design from initial concept to final implementation. - Work closely with other designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of users needs and behaviors, and functional requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. - Develop essential UX artefacts and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with concept maps, wireframes, storyboards, task flows, information architecture, mockups/ prototypes and design specifications. - Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. - Advocate for design-centred .
