About the role
Hiring: Design Manager Solar EPC Location: Pune (Head Office) Experience: 67 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review engineering designs for utility-scale solar PV projects. Develop SLDs, plant layouts, cable routing, BOQs, and engineering drawings.Perform PV system design, energy yield analysis, equipment sizing, and design optimization.Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Planning, and QA/QC teams.Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and ensure compliance with project standards.Provide engineering support during tendering, execution, and commissioning. Required Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helios 3D, ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations, SCADA, and grid connectivity.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
