About the role
Responsibilities: - Graphic Design: - Design visuals for web, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other platforms. - Develop and maintain brand consistency through all creative materials. - Create engaging illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance content. - UI/UX Design: - Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital products, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement user-centered designs and address usability issues. - Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. - Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve UI/UX designs. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience of 2+ years in graphic design and UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX design projects. - Excellent communication - International Exposure or experience with MNCs is a must Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Advantages: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday Experience: - total work: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person .
