Power Bi Consultant

As a Power BI Consultant in this company, your role involves designing and implementing automated reporting and dashboard solutions across multiple entities. Your main focus will be on enabling real-time business insights, enhancing reporting efficiency, and reducing manual intervention through data integration and visualization. Initially, you will support global portfolio companies engagement and contribute to internal capability building through knowledge transfer and training. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements - Translate business needs into data models and dashboard solutions - Identify key KPIs and reporting structures across entities - Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI - Build financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and consolidated views - Create operational and analytical dashboards for business insights - Ensure dashboards are scalable, user-friendly, and performance optimized - Integrate data from multiple sources such as accounting systems (e.g., Xero), internal databases/back-office systems, CRM, and other tools - Evaluate and implement third-party connectors where required - Develop data models, transformations, and relationships Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Power BI/Data Analytics roles with exposure to end-to-end implementation and stakeholder engagement - Proven experience in dashboard development and reporting automation Additional Company Details: The company operates on a hybrid work mode with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday being work from office days in a UK shift.
