About the role
We are looking for a skilled Maximo Technical Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership and expertise in Maximo. Roles and Responsibility Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Maximo solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Maximo. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Maximo projects. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture and technical design principles. Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
