Description
Location : Mumbai (Andheri)
Your Stack: React Native mobile app, AWS serverless backend, and the CI/CD pipelines that support them.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve loyalty features, including registration flows and third-party loyalty integrations
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects from concept to implementation
- Break designs into work items; contribute to planning, coding, testing, documentation, and delivery
- Participate in code reviews and testing
- Advise on existing systems and propose improvements
- Champion a customer-centric, outcome-driven engineering culture
- Actively engage in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and team discussions (Slack, engineering sessions)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React Native experience
- Comfortable developing on Mac (required) or strong Linux skills
- Hands-on AWS experience, particularly serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles, testing, and CI/CD best practices
- Strong communication skills; comfortable in a remote, fast-paced team
Nice to Have
- Experience with authentication solutions, e-commerce, or third-party backend integrations
- Software design experience (not just development)
- Familiarity with Datadog, CloudWatch, Firebase, reCAPTCHA, mParticle, Braze, Snowflake, Google Analytics
- Mobile app deployment/monitoring and automated testing (e.g., Maestro)
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong SQL skills; familiarity with PHP
