BIM Manager

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).

Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) - Revit.

Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.

5+ years of professional experience working with Revit and AutoCAD (including Civil 3D) in a structural, civil, and/or environmental engineering environment, with demonstrated responsibility for standards development and model coordination.

Proven experience developing, enforcing, and maintaining Revit and AutoCAD standards.

Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD in a production-oriented environment.

Experience coordinating large geospatial datasets, including survey files, GIS data, and point clouds.

Understanding of structural materials and systems. (i.e. concrete, masonry, structural steel).

Experience with Revit Structure, including structural framing, foundations, rebar modeling, structural schedules and quantities.

Understanding of water and wastewater process piping materials, systems, and workflows.

Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and construction documentation.

Ability to support hybrid CAD/BIM workflows and legacy project integration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to train and support staff.

Highly organized with attention to detail and data quality.

Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with private and public sector projects.

Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with BIM execution plans, coordination processes, and model performance optimization.

Experience with Dynamo or other automation tools is a plus.
