About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst at Thomson Reuters, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making across territory planning, customer segmentation, and CRM reporting. You will work closely with various teams to design and maintain dashboards, automate data workflows, and deliver actionable insights through territory scorecards and customer segmentation models. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain automated ETL workflows in Alteryx, including data blending, cleansing, and transformation pipelines. - Leverage fuzzy matching and fuzzy lookup techniques to deduplicate records, reconcile account data, and resolve naming inconsistencies across datasets. - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analytical tasks using Alteryx macros and iterative workflows. - Design and publish SFDC dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, activity metrics, and revenue KPIs. - Maintain data integrity across Salesforce objects, ensuring reports reflect accurate and up-to-date information. - Develop and refresh territory scorecards that evaluate rep performance, account coverage, and pipeline distribution. - Incorporate dynamic scoring logic to rank and tier accounts based on engagement, revenue potential, and activity signals. - Build and maintain customer segmentation models using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data. - Support the design of tiering frameworks to drive prioritization across sales and marketing motions. - Apply AI tools to accelerate day-to-day tasks, analysis summaries, building reports, and automating content generation. Qualifications Required: - Entry level professional roles requiring a discipline-specific degree or equivalent work experience. - General professional and conceptual knowledge of theories and principles within a discipline. - Basic understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within your area. - Experience with AI platforms. - Hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Territory Mapping, Salesforce System, and Alteryx.
