As a Research Engineer, AI at Thomson Reuters, you will be responsible for building AI systems with a focus on outcome-driven work ethics. You will explore emerging technology and apply it to solve complex, non-trivial problems. You should have 6 to 8 years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for whole components or subsystems, including design and development - Direct the efforts of others during design and implementation - Implement algorithms and develop systems for information retrieval, machine learning, and related areas in large online delivery environments - Create processing pipelines and extract/transform data - Design and implement end-to-end AI-based solutions following standard industry practices - Work with research scientists to evaluate model performance methodologies - Collaborate with other software teams to design required integrations for end-to-end ML solutions - Integrate and test research code, build control logic and workflows for AI-based solutions - Test and package solutions for delivery Qualifications Required: - Strong programming skills in Python - Experience building Agentic Systems - Prior experience building for Content - Experience building high-performance implementations of AI/ML based solutions Thomson Reuters offers a flexible hybrid working environment, supportive workplace policies for work-life balance, career development opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a culture focused on inclusion, belonging, and making a real-world impact.
