Graphic Designer

Work with Product Managers to take use cases and wireframes and develop applications. Combine technology and data skills with understanding of business needs, dynamics and processes to design and deliver workflows, features, and capabilities that drive business performance improvement. Work end-to-end from designing the architecture of the digital duplicate to data cleansing, ingestion, transforms, and validation to visualization of the data using the toolset. Implement applications for customers alongside the Customer Success Manager and Data Architect(s), including configuration, customization, and validation. During implementation, handle the customer s technical questions, requests, and issues. Collaborate with Engineering to test and enhance new features and resolve issues/tickets. Adhere to design guidelines and governance. Share knowledge and best practices with other members of the team. Background/Experience: Experience with business intelligence, data mining and modeling, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and/or Predictive modeling using R or Python is beneficial to the role. Desire to combine business understanding with data and technology. Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from discovery to delivery with specialized focus on design and architecture. Must be self-starter and problem-solver, working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable, resilient and organized, with accountability and follow-through. Strong communicator able to effectively engage customers and team members. Experience in delivering group presentations. Previous experience (2-5 years) in a similar role is preferred. Education Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Technology, Software Engineering, or related degree. Master s degree is preferred.
