Role: APP Developer

Duration: 6 Month Contract Location: Remote /St. Paul, MN

W2 Only. 100% REMOTE

• Experience with UI frameworks, ReactJS, PrimeFaces/JSF and HTML. • 2+ years of Java/JavaScript programming and DevOps experience. • Experience with AWS cloud technology, RESTful web services, and APIs.

Position Summary:

The Channel Partner site plays a significant role in delivering the digital channel partner experience - it's the place we digitally interact with channel partners to help them run their business in sales and service to their customers. Are you passionate about the channel partner experience? Data driven decision-making? Empowering financial professionals through digital solutions to meet the life, annuity, retirement plan and investment needs of their customers? This role is for you.

As an experienced UI Developer, you will work in a collaborative agile environment on a variety of systems supporting our external digital web experience. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing systems associated with the user experience. Development efforts will include transforming the UI with ReactJS and PrimeFaces/JSF frameworks, moving to cloud-based solutions with AWS, and integrating with Adobe’s AEM platform and multiple internal and external solutions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Develop and support business critical solutions for the Channel Partner platform and Retail Market Technology. • Incorporate the customer’s voice and data analytics in research, design and development decisions. • Perform analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation activities in order to solve problems innovatively and with a test and learn mindset. • Provide ongoing support and respond to production needs keeping our data safe and systems secure. • Ensure effective and favorable relationships are developed and maintained with key stakeholders, UX designers, data analysts, team members, and peer associates.

Qualifications

• • Experience with UI frameworks, ReactJS, PrimeFaces/JSF and HTML.

• • Experience with AWS cloud technology, RESTful web services, and APIs.

• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• • Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.

• • 2+ years of Java/JavaScript programming and DevOps experience.

• • Familiarity and ability to work with in an Agile / Scrum environment
