Role: Integration Architect Oracle O2C

Location: Remote Duration:12 months

Expertise in Microservices / API, Web Technologies, Java, ERP (SAP, Oracle), Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand business requirements for the Order-to-Cash process. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation. Define functional and technical requirements for the O2C process within the Oracle ERP system. Solution Design: Design the Order-to-Cash process flow within the Oracle ERP system, considering best practices and industry standards. Configure Oracle ERP modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable to support the O2C process. Design integrations with other systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-commerce platforms, and financial systems. Data Modeling and Mapping: Design data models and mappings to ensure seamless flow of data across the O2C process. Define data structures for customer information, product catalog, pricing, orders, shipments, and invoices. Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the O2C process. Customization and Extension: Identify opportunities for customizations and extensions to meet specific business requirements. Develop custom workflows, business rules, and validations within the Oracle ERP system. Implement extensions using Oracle's Application Development Framework (ADF), Application Express (APEX), or other development tools. Integration Architecture: Design the integration architecture to facilitate data exchange between Oracle ERP and other systems. Evaluate integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, or Oracle Fusion Middleware. Define integration patterns and protocols for real-time and batch data exchange. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the O2C process by tuning system configurations, batch processing schedules, and database performance. Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize system throughput. Security and Compliance: Define security roles and privileges to restrict access to sensitive O2C data. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), GDPR, and industry-specific regulations. Implement encryption, authentication, and auditing mechanisms to safeguard O2C data. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators. Document system configurations, customizations, and integration points for future reference and troubleshooting.
