About the role
Role: Automation Engineer Vendor/Client: Apex/BNY Mellon Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 6-12 month extendable contract Rate: $60/hr on W2 Job Description: The objective of this initiative is to establish an additional instance of applications (26) in an alternate data center. Establishment of the applications in the alternate data center requires technical and infrastructure expertise that will allow the technical leads to determine detail needed for provisioning requests (security, hardware, software), complete configuration, track and expedite requests. Automation leads will be responsible for creating and executing test automation and performance tests as well as establishing the applications in OneDesk for fail over automation. Automation Engineers - Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills and the ability to lead other automation engineers through the project with direction from Program/Project Leads.
