AWS Cloud Engineer

The AWS Cloud Engineer will work with MES stakeholders to design, develop and implement web-based applications, middleware, and robust, scalable data integration applications. Candidates should have an excellent understanding of development concepts and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile. Job Responsibilities Include: Design and implement Java applications that fulfill employer requirements Create well-written code that runs efficiently and optimally Communicate with end-users to determine their needs Test completed software and debug as necessary Required Qualifications BS/BA degree or 5 years? of total relevant developer experience 1+ years? experience in AWS hands on experience 3+ years? experience in Programming Languages: Java, Python or C# Preferred Skills 3+ years? experience in Database: SQL/NoSQL 3+ years? experience in Operating Systems: Linux, Windows 2+ years? experience in Version Control: Git AWS Serverless Components: Lambda, Fargate Clusters, MSK, API Gateways AWS skills: Developing applications for cloud platforms such as EC2, Beanstalk, EKS ? Leveraging CI/CD to rapidly build & test application code
