About the role
Role: AWS Platform Engineer Locaton:100% remote Max Pay: $55/hr on W2 Duration: 12 month contract with possibility to extend · Skillset (top 3-5): 4+ years in AWS DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Foreman or Satellite life cycle management tool, Fluent in Mandarin To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: • 5-7 Years supporting applications in a production environment • 3-4 or more years of open-source cloud provisioning tools in production cloud environments (Terraform/Ansible) • 4 years’ experience with Foreman or Satellite life cycle management tool. • 2 or more years of AWS Experience with multi account topology • 2 years’ experience in using HashiCorp Terraform and HashiCorp Packer tools. • Experience using version control systems for infrastructure as code environments such as Gitlab / Github / Bitbucket. • 2 years’ experience configuring CI / CD pipelines using build tools such as Jenkins / Bamboo • 2 or more years of industry experience with cloud monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk) • 2 or more years of Scripting Experience in production environments for the purpose of improving efficiency and automation (bash, python) • 2 or more years of industry experience with large applications deployed in public cloud • It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: • Fluency in Mandarin • Professional certifications in cloud, networking, or Linux Operating Systems.
