About the role
Role: AWS Devops Engineer
Location: 50%Remote, 50%Onsite in Denver Required Skills Amazon Web Services (AWS); Terraform; Python (or any scripting for automation of infrastructure tasks). Basic Qualifications Additional Skills Job Description Required skills and qualifications Experience as a DevOps engineer in an AWS environment Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows Good knowledge of Ruby or Python or any scripting Good knowledge of Infrastructure As Code tools (Cloudformation or Terraform) Working knowledge of databases and SQL Responsibilities • Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support • Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems • Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues • Develop scripts for automation • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
