Job Title: AWS Solution /Connect Architect Location: 100% remote EST or CST preferred Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 6+ months Contract to Hire 1. Top 3 requirements: • AWS solutions Architect certification • AWS Connect 3+ years • Contact center transformation / conversion/ implementation experience • Large scale project experience using Agile methodology Nice to haves: • IT experience within managed are environment • Call center experience • 3+ years of relevant design and architecture experience Position Summary: Review and understand technical requests, collaborate with teammates to design, develop and implement technical solutions to requests using company and industry standards, provide technical leadership. These requests a part of a large-scale consolidation of plans to a single, standard IVR and Call Center technology platform to Amazon Connect, OMNI and Calabrio. Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team: Strong engagement and communication with teammates in a fast-paced environment, rapid delivery of sustainable architecture artifacts, meaningful input and contribution.
