About the role
A candidate would need a deep technical understanding of Azure and CSP services. Need the ability to: • Fully understand how the service operates and what other services are interacted with • Need to be able to design the automation that would securely enable a server in a tenant’s workspace (subscription, account, project) • Be able to technical support that design in review discussions • Create any policies that would be applied to satisfy the rules for governance, permissions and security and/or any console configurations needed to deploy the service • Create automation usable by a tenant in their application/code to consume that managed service Candidates will need experience with: • Azure Resource Manager templates (ARM templates) • PowerShell • Azure Console • Azure Policy Authoring • DevOps (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, REST API’s, JIRA Preferred: • Azure certifications Examples of services already enabled are: • Several virtual machine and storage services • Azure PrivateLink • Azure Monitoring • Azure Application Gateway • Azure Data Factory • Cloud Bigtable • Cloud Storage • Storage Transfer • Elastic Load Balancing
