About the role
Role- BI Developer Duration- 6 months Locatiopn- 100% Remote Business Intelligence Developer Looking for an experienced, self-driven and analytical Business Intelligence Developer. This role will build and support reports and data extracts for internal and client facing applications using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack. Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and resolve issues tied to ETL processes, and end user applications for reporting and analytics 2. Build Business Intelligence solutions including reports and dashboards and reports using SSRS 3. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues impacting data extraction delivery 4. Data gathering, research and analytical abilities to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address customer issues 5. Assist in debugging reports 6. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams 7. Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits 8. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers 9. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. Advanced skills with the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (SSRS, SSIS) version 2016 or above 2. 2+ years creating, configuring, and fine-tuning ETL workflows in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 3. 2+ years in data analysis, query design and reporting with SQL Server Databases and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 4. 2+ years in writing parameterized queries for tabular reports and sub-reports, sorting data, and defining data sources and subtotals for SSRS reports 5. Highly proficient in the use of T-SQL to develop complex Stored Procedures, user-defined functions, and triggers 6. Strong experience with T-SQL performance tuning and query optimization 7.
