About the role
Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 12-month contract Location: 100% Remote Job Duties Participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing. Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance, and development projects, including analysis and testing. Completes special projects and performs systems testing and other assigned duties. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 5 years’ experience. Brokerage platform/product experience Customer Experience Agile Methodology
