About the role
Role- Business Analyst Duration- 6 Months Location- Remote FIS Products: •ACBS – Advanced Commercial Banking System • CLS – Consumer Lending Suite Upcoming projects: •convert over to new SWIFT standards •migrating to AFS Vision platform – migrating loans, mapping services, functionality Targeting actual ACBS servicing knowledge – DLS (deal and loan servicing?) – back end green screen part of application. Targeting resources with experience working on the GUI – booking loans, creating customer commitments, working within app to complete testing. Full end user ACBS experience knowledge, from loan creation to servicing, full loan lifecycle within ACBS. NOT looking for only ACBS migration experience, ie. data mapping and integration work. Needs someone who has been hands on within the application – requirements, testing, app support. Keywords: ACBS (advanced commercial banking system) Servicing – Commercial Loan Servicing DLS (deal and loan servicing?) App support, testing, requirements, analysis, troubleshooting Role Summary: Hybrid Business Analyst and Tester. Work between the business and IT to elicit and document requirements, for request/issue resolution as well as new features/enhancements. Perform end to end testing, systems, functional, regression, and coordinate UAT with the business. Daily: Join morning meeting, touch base with team, review open tickets/requests. Follow up with offshore team from overnight if there was anything they need support on/questions. Monitor, prioritize and track requests and incidents from the business, follow up and coordinate with stakeholders to understand the request/issue, elicit and document requirements, write user stories, test cases, work with tech lead and IT teams to organize work. They do have a backlog of work which consists of larger projects/initiatives in the pipeline, not necessarily actively working through. The bulk of day to day is maintenance and application support for ACBS platform. Required Experience: •Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience •Gathering and documenting requirements and user stories •Writing and executing test scripts •Experience supporting a loan servicing platform •ACBS application knowledge – process, functionality Preferred Experience: •Experience with SQL •Familiar with Agile methodologies Key Stakeholders: Loan servicing team and Operations Deliverables: User Stories, Use Cases, Test Cases, Acceptance Criteria Framework: Agile and Kanban Tools/Technology: Confluence and MS Office Suite -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Tejash - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
