Job Description: Business Analyst/Technical analyst Ilabor - 70459 Client – Texas Department of Transportation Role – Technical Analyst/Business Analyst 2 Duration – 12+ month’s contract Location – Austin, TX (Remote during covid) Openings – #1, can submit 3 resumes Interviews will be conducted virtually Once restrictions are lifted, candidates will be required to work onsite Summary · Understand business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. · Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to maintain the application. · Conducts studies pertaining to existing systems and do gap analysis and assist in the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications to meet current and projected needs. · May assist developer in resolution of work problems related to project specifications, or programming. · Facilitating and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows. Able to query databases, validate the data and · perform data analysis. · Conducts integration and system testing to ensure the overall flow works as expected. · Able to translate requirements into technical artifacts
