Role: Business Intelligence Technical Lead

Remote or On-site? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. 100% remote in the State of Wisconsin. Top Skills & Years of Experience: • 10+ years of experience relational databases, and Structured Query Language (SQL). • 10+ years of experience documenting and understanding complex business and data relationships, through Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). • Demonstrated communication experience, working with business and technical teams. • 5+ years of experience developing and understanding ETL for data transformation. Nice to Have Skills: • Familiarity with Tableau. • Familiarity with Business Objects. • Tech Writing, with an emphasis on communicating between the business and technical needs of a cross functional project team. • Experience using data modeling tools (ex: ERwin) and understanding Entity Relationship Diagrams, ERDs, and data modeling • MS SQL Server • Oracle The most qualified candidate will also demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas: • Demonstrated Experience with Tableau • Demonstrated experience with Business Objects • IBM DB2 experience • In depth experience creating and maintaining ERD’s in the ERWIN tool.
