Job Description : Job Summary: As a Business Solutions Analyst consulting with Ferrellgas, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, organizing, and owning the overall testing QA/QC processes for Ferrellgas’ ERP implementation project. The incumbent within this role will build and develop test scripts and procedures, consult on design, and perform testing on design prototypes. The ideal candidate for this role is one who has a background in Accounting or Finance, coupled with a strong understanding of gathering business requirements/processes and interpreting data.

Essential Functions: o Attend, observe, and aggregate data around business deliverables and processes pertaining to changes implemented as a result of Ferrellgas’ ERP implementation. o Coordinate and provide guidance on all aspects of testing preparation including QA/QC ownership. o Develop comprehensive test scripts and procedures ensuring thorough documentation and testing of business procedures, leading to business solutions. o Perform testing on design prototypes. o Utilize extensive knowledge of ERP systems across various modules (AR, AP, purchasing, inventory management, accounting, HR, allocations reporting, etc.) to support testing and implementation. o Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business processes to support data management for the ERP implementation assignment. o Maintain excellent organizational skills o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and project leadership team members.
