About the role
Role:Business System Analyst
Location: Danville, PA (100% Remote Role – needs to sit in EST/CST time zone) Duration: 6 month Contact to Hire Visa:USC,GC Industry: Healthcare/Hospital System
Responsibilities
- • Perform documentation updates for the change management process. • Manage and track the status of multiple items through the software life cycle. • Generate reports for client’s management staff and keep accurate statistics. • Track and report data. • Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience monitoring Process Flow and Workflow to ensure that processes are followed correctly; identifying any documentation gaps and follow up activities as it is related to any process or workflow issues. • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience with ServiceNow or similar process monitoring system would be a major plus. • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
