Business System Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid Schedule (Onsite and WFH) Duration: 6 Month Contract + Extensions Must Haves: Process flow Analysis SQL/Database querying Data Analysis Agile Job Description: • Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents / tools: • Business Process • Process Flow Analysis • Detailed Functional Design • Project Plans • Test Plans/Test Scripts • Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers • Technical Background / Degree Program preferred. • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively • Team player with strong interpersonal skills • Data analysis skills, basic SQL/Database querying skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills. • Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of consulting experience or in a related area.
