Business System Analyst/Project Manager

Title: BSA/Project Management - (Pharma/Med- Experience) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 9 Months

Job description: Works with senior business unit clients to understand specific business processes, business drivers, and business strategy across multiple functions; Personally or through indirect team management identifies, prioritizes and communicates resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology; Uses technical consulting skills and expertise to translate business requirements to BTS and functional requirements to the domain Defines needed human and technology capabilities contributing to and helping to build necessary training. Mentors. Identifies, communicates, and actively participates in opportunities to improve process and/or technology. These may include business process outsourcing, application development or adopting business process management practices.

Key Skills – Required: • 12 years BSA/Project Management/IT related experience • Business systems experience across multiple platforms and business functions in a pharma environment (preferably Med affairs) • Experience with Analytics (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Nice To Have: • Salesforce • Worked as a developer in previous positions • Experience with Qlik • Prior Client Experience

Position Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant industry field (Required) • Strong Program/Project Management • Strong BSA Skills • Agile and waterfall implementation experience • Experienced in writing requirements for projects in pharmaceutical/healthcare companies. • Strong team leadership and ability to provide day-to-day task direction to team members. • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams including vendors and contractors. • Ability to manage project tasks and deliverables to target dates and timelines. • Ability to conduct effective team meetings both onsite and virtual. • Experienced in managing technology deliverables or documents from requirements thru implementation. • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. • Increased ability to problem solves issues. • Experienced with MS Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. • Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player.
