NodeJS Project Name: Voice Bot: Project Overview - Targeting conversational AI. Instead of pushing a button to get connected. They are moving towards a more 'alexa' type of approach. Speak what you need and we will get you to the right place. Moving towards Azure for this. This will be moving towards a conversational approach.
