Job Title: Clarity Developer Duration: 22 month contract to hire Location: Fully Remote (Must be comfortable with EST schedule)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clarity Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clarity development, including GEL and XOG scripting, and will be adept at working with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL databases. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to support and enhance application functionality while managing our current application backlog. This position is designed to be a long term contract to hire with a strong potential for career advancement with our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, has great communication, and is eager to continue their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Clarity PPM solutions using GEL and XOG scripting. Integrate Clarity PPM with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Write and optimize SQL queries to support Clarity PPM functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application functionality and resolve issues. Manage and prioritize the agile backlog, focusing on resource management, timesheets, and project status updates. Support approximately 3000 users, with most being power users such as Project Managers and Business Analysts. Triage and resolve technical issues as part of supporting user stories, though this will be a small portion of the development work.

Qualifications

6+ years of recent professional experience with Clarity (GEL Scripting, XOG scripting). 6+ years of professional experience with REST/SOAP APIs. 4+ years of professional experience with SQL. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage and prioritize a growing backlog. Experience in an agile development environment is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with resource management, timesheets, and project status functionalities within Clarity. Familiarity with supporting a large user base, including power users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
