About the role
Role: Cloud Engineer
Duration:3 Months Location: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities ·Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate. ·Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe management Platform including Adobe Sign. .Help to create Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate. ·Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes. ·Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ·Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions. ·Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation and AI engineers. ·Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies. ·Develop and maintain documentation for automation and AI processes and solutions. ·Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and AI systems.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. ·Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role. ·Strong expertise in Box, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript). ·Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign. ·Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. ·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Skills
