About the role
Position: Data Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Required Skills: • Data / information architecture • Ability to inform data standards & best practices • Establish data governance • Experience with establishing / informing Master Data Management • Data flow modeling • Familiarity with Abacus • SQL • Familiarity with Agile principles • Ability to be consultative to IT and business Basic Qualifications• Senior data resource needed to support new Provider Modernization project • This project has the purpose of taking the provider information, currently housed in multiple systems, and bringing it under a single system. • They will be using Salesforce, but this candidate does not need experience with Salesforce. • Ideal candidate will have strong experience with data mapping, data modeling, master data management, and data governance. • Expected to be needed for this project at least through 2023. There is potential, but not guarantee, of conversion, so please avoid visas and CA. • Person can be fully remote, Eastern hours. • Healthcare/ health insurance would be very helpful, so that they understand the data elements of providers. • Some Agile experience is needed, team is hybrid. • Experience with Abacus, or similar translation methodology, would be beneficial. • Looking for someone who is able to work with cross-functional teams and the business. Ideal candidate would be able to be consultative, but willing to dive in and be hands-on with the work. Additional Skills• Experience with a Health insurer a bonus!
