About the role
Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote Top skills: • Source to target mapping • Complex SQL querying • Design API’s and API validation (Postman or similar) • MongoDB or NoSQL database • Previous Healthcare experience • Strong communication – Will work with product and business teams • Stakeholder management so they can work with other data source teams Nice to have: • Python Job Description: • Interpret and analyse data from multiple sources/ platforms including claims, provider and encounters data. • Partner cross - functionally at all levels of the organization and effectively , communicate findings- and insights to non technical business partners. • Perform statistical data analysis using data querying tools such as SQL, Mongo DB, Python scripts. • Identify and resolve data, process and business logic issues and communicate root cause with stakeholders as appropriate. • Understanding healthcare business operations and the Portal/Dashboarding applications. • Ability to solution the requirement doing Source to Target mapping , mapping the data set to APIs and API responses to UI screens. • Must have experience to API validations using postman etc. • Ability to review the UX design mock ups as per the functional requirements. • Provide general support to business stakeholders on incident tickets, create incident tickets, support user related questions and analyse if there is any data discrepancy. • Generate adhoc reports and files per business requirement from the portal or using AWS data platforms. • Research solutions and develop functional specifications including the journey metrics during every release cycle. • Help support business UAT cycle in validating data , functionality and discrepancies if any. • Conduct discussions to ensure the business requirements are captured correctly before delivering to the technical team for development. • Work in a dynamic agile environment with scrum masters, product owners and team members to develop creative data driven solutions.
